Features of Professional Activity Reflection of the Olympiad “I Am a Professional” Participants

چکیده

The article presents the results of a study about features pre-service teachers’ professional reflection. average statistical teachers who were participants Olympiad “I am professional” are considered in context students’ pedagogical reflection development. research is based on concept three functions: research, criticism and redesign, types reflection: prospective, situational, retrospective, universal competences teacher: cognition skills, interaction self skills. was carried out 2021 during period framework stages: planning/design, self-assessment/reflection, delayed group sample included 261 students from universities Moscow other Russian regions, 78 independent experts among acting school teachers. methods questioning (oral written), content analysis, case studies, focus groups, video observation used. As result, following revealed, such as: contradictory nature goal-setting determination necessary conditions means when planning lesson; tendency to overestimate their strengths not notice insufficiently formed competencies; give exaggerated importance technical aspects; misunderstanding language against background an intuitively adequate understanding many psychological phenomena, etc. From practical point view, obtained make it possible identify area deficiencies set for closer examination more thorough extensive evaluative, critical complex thinking which provide In this regard, reflective-analytical reflective-design work formats become significant both educational process training
